Water Leak, 940 passenger side

Good Day,

I have a persistent water leak on the passenger side of my 91, 940. After reading the FAQ I did the following:
Remove cowl, re-attach leaf screen, re-attach plastic cover over blower. I thought that I had it fixed but the rain came and the leak is there again. I removed the cowl again and ran water with a hose down between the interior sheet metal and the outer fender on the passenger side. I saw water coming out of the drain wells to the pavement. However, I still have water coming down inside from the corner. I am at a loss of my next step.
