93 940 wagon failed emissions on NOx in New Jersey 900 1993

The bi-annual gauntlet comes again. Two years ago it failed the only item as does this time. High NOx. The permissible reading is 937. It scores 1,034. It got by two years ago by pouring a bottle of "Guaranteed To Pass" or G2P into the fuel tank after filling up. Then ran it near empty. Filled up again and brought it back to the nearest inspections station to retest. My hope is the same trick will prevail again.

The cat is not factory by the way.
