which oxygen sensor? B234 16 valve 900

I have a 1991 Volvo 940 GLE with a B234 16 valve motor. I've seen various Bosch oxygen sensors listed for the motor, but which is the original stock part? Some list the 16 valve motor with the 8 valve, # 13034 and others list it with the turbo #13957. Some don't list it at all. The oxygen sensor file on this site doesn't list the 16 valve motor.
Then there is the alternate Ford sensor 13953.
The Volvo parts guy wants $220.00 for the correct Bosch one, but won't give me the part #. I wonder why?
NTK has conflicting #s for the 16 valve. #25002 and #25511, which is N/A
Since this is the wife's car, she insists that it be kept original equipment.
Anyone able to help me out? Thanks
