How much metal shavings is too much in the M47? 200

I changed the transmission fluid out today, using Redline MTL. The previous owner said he had changed it at 60k with Amsoil Super Shift.

So 70K later, it was well overdue. At least the fluid I took out was still red and didn't smell too burned. However, there were more metal shavings present on the drain and fill plugs than I was hoping to see.

Is this normal?

Here's what both plugs looked like when I removed em:

The transmission feels and sounds the same after the fluid swap. It's pretty smooth and it's quiet in all gears. I guess I won't complain. I suppose I'd be more concerned if the transmission worked MUCH better after changing the fluid.
