Wheels & Tires, smaller tires in this inquiry 120-130 1965

'65 122 wagon
Stock ride height with high potential for lowering 1.5" in future
Considering Superlite 16"x7" wheels with +25mm offset
Considering 205/60-16 tires for above wheels, 25.5" dia., 8.3" wide
Considering 205/65-16 tires for above wheels, 26.5" dia., 8.3" wide
I prefer the larger of these two tire sizes, just for looks on the car
These will replace the stock size of 185R15 on 15"x4.5"
Conservative driving style
Not a daily driver

Will either of these two tires work on these wheels without slicing or grinding rubber or bending sheet metal while on the road?

I'm not worried about the height. I'm worried about the height and the width.

Please let me know what you think.

Thanks!

Deluxe
