Heavy sag DS Front suspension 200

I just purchased an 85 240 and I noticed that the car is severely sagging on the front DS wheel, to the point where the top of the wheel is covered by the fender arch. All other wheels have about an inch clearance between the wheel top and arch.

When I corner on this wheel, you can FEEL it, as if the car is riding on the bumpstops. The car is also pulling pretty heavily to the right. It has not been in an accident (or at least I can see no indication that it has).

I don't have much experience with this car as I just got it yesterday, and I haven't had the chance to pull the wheel and see what the issue was, but I wanted to get some thoughts from the forum here.

Thanks in advance!
