Trans/Diff Fluid, 4spd + OD, 1985 240 200

I am flat-lining the fluids in the 240 I got on Tuesday and I had a couple questions, as I didn't get an owners manual with the car and I'm still waiting on the Bentley manual to come.

1. What is the fill capacity of the 4spd + OD manual tranny in my 85 240?
2. What type of oil or gear oil should I be using in the tranny?
3. Should I perform the "lean and fill" procedure on this transmission?
4. What is the fill capacity of the differential?
5. What type of gear oil should I use in the differential?

These are basic questions, so if there is a FAQ I should be looking at, please direct me to it!
