Hi folks,

While I wait for my new HB on order, I have a couple other projects that I can do while I wait.

Heater core seems to leak, but I'm confused and the FAQ hasn't helped me. I get nice fresh air from the vents with the heat slider off, but when I turn the heat on, fan or no, I get a coolant smell (and heat!). Using the heat doesn't seem to reduce coolant pressure (taking the cap off after driving I still get a 'pssst!'), and I get no misting on the windshield. Are there internal hoses that I need to check? Heater valve, under the intake manifold, is really old and will be changed too.
