1993 240 Will Only Start When It's Cold 200 1993

I have a very bizarre problem. My car won't start unless the air temperature is BELOW about 60 degrees F. Below this temperature, I don't get any spark from the coil, and I can't hear the fuel pump getting power, so I have to assume I'm not getting fuel pressure either (although I don't have a fuel pressure meter to check it). Also, when I turn the key to start the car, when all of the idiot lights come on, the "Check Engine" light DOES NOT come on. I should note that below 60 degrees, when the car does start (and start right up, I might add), this light DOES come on. I'm out of ideas and, admittedly, open to suggestions. Thanks for your help in advance.
