Draining gas from a 122 Amazon gas tank 120-130

I have a 1966 Amazon in the garage. Has not been started in at least 10 years.
Before I attempt to start it I want to put fresh gas in the tank. Any suggestions on how to get the old gas out? I'm pretty handy, I just never did this job. Your advice is appreciated.
