240 Tranny Cooling Lines 200

I have an 87 240 wagon with 220k miles on it.

The nipples on the tranny lines are leaking. Rather than just replace the nipples, I say replace the nipples on the tranny, the hoses, and the nipples on the other end of the lines.

Is there a kit or brand that you guys like? I always like to get really durable parts. I have seen them on the web, but I want to get an opinion here.

Also, the mechanic says that he has to remove the header pipe to get at the nipple. Is this true?
