ATF MOISTURE BUILD UP -RACK AND PINION 200 1987

The previous owner of my 240 had the whole rack and pinion replaced with a brand new set. After using the 240 for about a year and a half, I noticed oil/ATF build-up on the right side (passenger side), directly under the alternator. From the looks of it, the source of the leak is from the housing bolt where the tubing/pipe is connected.

I would like to seek inputs on how to put an end to this moisture build-up.
