1995 940 Just Out of Winter Storage Has No Power, Changed Plugged Fuel Filter 900 1995

I just fired up the car and barely made it a half mile before running out of power and limped home at 30 MPH. I changed the fuel filter and the old one was almost plugged. I then put a gauge on the fuel rail and got 35 PSI when running normally and 43 PSI with the FPR (Fuel Pressure Regulator) unplugged which is normal according to the FAQs. The volume is quite good. It seems to be running very lean and won't run at the expected RPM when given throttle. The car has 68K miles on it and ran great when I put it in storage last fall with a full tank of gas and stabilizer in the gas.

The car is non-turbo with Bosch injection.

I am thinking the injectors are plugged but would like to know if anyone has tests I can do to further pin down the problem?

Thanks
