1998 S90 OBD Code P0740 Torque Converter Clutch Circuit Malfunction S90-V90

Last weekend (in the rain) I experienced the flashing overdrive orange arrow in symphony with the E and W selector lights on the shift console. I later disconnected the battery and was able to clear the aforementioned symptoms, but the Check Engine light has now appeared. Autozone dumped code O0740 "Torque Converter Clutch Circuit Malfunction" out of may car today.

Where do I begin?
