How to take the brake light switch out? 200

Recently, the three brake lights out order in the same time. And one BBer sent me very detail diagnose instruction.

Here is what I learned from the instruction:

fuse 7 provide 12 V to the brake light switch, brake light switch connect to Bulb Fault Sensor terminal 9, BFS terminal 9 connect terminal 10 and 11 , terminall 10 and 11 connect the tailgate brake lights.

Since three brake lights all stop work, I should check three things:

1: fuse 7
2:brake switch switch broken.
3:BFS fail

First, I check the fuse 7, it is ok.
The BFS is ok too. See the pic below. The first owner have alraedy by-pass the BFS by connected termiall 9,10,11 directly.

So, the only remaining one is the brake light switch.

After I loosen the two 12 mm nuts(circled number 2), it still there. So, I found it was tighten in the brake bracket . After several time try, I have no clue how to take it off.

Any one have experienced to take it out and replace it? How to take it out easily?

Thanks.
