544 badging and other small differences 444-544

Hi Doc!
The 544 in the trip OD are early cars, 61's are transition cars (some with, some without) as well as the B16/M40 trans combo and a few other variations. The "swallow" or bird thing was used on some hoods but "544" and "sport" also seem to have been applied to some as well. None of this was well documented! There seem to have been some late 444s also badged as "sports" (on the trunk RH side, and had the m4 and 'swing out' rear windows too).
Things seemed to settle down in '62 thru '64 but the 65s have variations on the hood and trunk.
This applies to US export cars only, and is the best I can remember. IIRC just about every 544 imported into the US was a sport and was badged as such.

Cheers!
OK
