Advice sought re: getting a car back on the road after 15 years 444-544

Never heard of this Thermo product.

I think if the Cap was on the tank, I wouldn't worry about contaminants.

I would take the plugs out of the car, I would squirt in a little 2 cycle oil ( For boats and chainsaws). Rotate the engine with a Socket and ratchet to make sure it rotates. It will over lubricate the Cylider walls for the first Fire-up.
