164 Overheating - 140-160

Be sure and check the ignition timing.
Should be about 20° BTDC with everything hooked up.
Retarded will make it run hot.
Thermostats vary a lot in quality and effectiveness so if there is any doubt
you might put it in a pan of water on the stove and cook it and make sure it
opens all the way before it boils.
