Hi All,

I have read Bentley, the FAQ and a bunch-o-threads, but I have a couple of questions before I tackle this task:

1) I am making a bearing puller and I would like to know the distance from the rear of the front 1/2 shaft to the "front side" of the bearing. Referring to Fig 8 on page 450-4 in Bentley it appears to be about the same dimension as the width of the rubber mount.

2) do you have any procedural time savers to offer?....
