old car insurance 200 1988

1988 240 DL Sedan

Is there a type of insurance that will cover my investment in maintaining a car that is 20 years old. It is not "classic" or a "collectable," it is just old, in good condition (minus sun exposure) and very drivable and worth keeping drivable.

I use it for personal and business use and it sits in a driveway.

Conventional Insurance only gives me Blue Book that does not cover the cost of tires.

Collectors Insurance does not allow business use or regular personal use or lack of a locked garage.

Is this just a void zone for coverage or is there a company and policy that will help me cover my operating "value."
