240 Ball Joints 200 1990

So I need to get my ball joints done. In the repair book I have it says to remove the 4 bolts that mount the strut assembly to the ball joint and that I have to have new bolts because they are single use bolts and can not be reused.

I have read the 700/900FAQ and it does not mention this procedure at all. I'm just wondering what the procedure for changing the ball joints is.
