Hello all,
I'm considering another brick to add to my shrinking collection of swedish cars. It's a '91 wagon (740) with approximately 185k, in good shape for $600. The only catch is the auto box won't shift into overdrive, the owner says it won't shift into fifth, but being an auto, I don't recall them having a fifth gear. Anyhow, are their any common causes, or should the OD unit be replaced?
I'm more familiar with manual trannys, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
