K-jet air flow sensor rubber bellow 200 1989

Hi all

I have an 89 K-jet non-US version. I was wondering if there's a better way to install the rubber bellow (big fat hose) in between the air flow sensor and the throttle body. I tore mine the other day as I was trying to get the top hole onto the throttle body. Taking it out is not that difficult, it trying to get it back that's difficult.

What is the best technique to install that bellow?

Thanks.
