Replacing radius (strut) rod bushings, have a question 900 1993

Hi, I am about to undertake the radius rod bushing replacement (as well as a ball joints, but that was well covered in a thread last week. In reading the FAQ I surmise that the radius rod needs to be taken off for this. This requires the rear bolt to be removed and later replaced. Reading the Haynes manual I understand that these bolts can not be reused. Is this true? I have bought bushings, washers and new bolts for the front of the radius rod, but I did not realize I will need a new rear rod bolt and so did not obtain it. Am I in trouble? Do I need to run out and find this bolt? Can I get it in a hardware store? If so, what characteristics should I look for in the bolt (grade 8, etc.)? Should I bother replacing it?

Thanks in advance!
