no fuel pressure 200

I have an '87 240 that won't pump gas, no matter what I do, or what I replace! The wife says I should hang it up, but it ran good 'till it died. The relay appears to be OK, I've got 12 volts where I need it, the in tank pump was toast so I replaced it, new filter, I can swear I hear the main pump and in tank pump both run when I crank it, but nothing comes out of the hose to the injectors!
I'm thinking that the injectors just need to see gas @ 32 lbs. pressure; as long as that happens, it should light up and go! Anyone ever try an aftermarket in-line pump?
