This is one of those cases when it would have been good to specify the year.
The rings are easy enough to get but 74-75 rings MAY be different in the
8-bolt engine than they were in the 73 and earlier 6-bolt engine. For sure
the pistons are different but since the bore is the same I'm not sure if the
rings are the same or not.
Any of the usual suspects for new Volvo parts should be able to help you,
FCP Groton, RPR, etc. If you can't get rings for the B30 get a set and a half
of rings for a B20. Bearings the same way.
