93 240 wiper relay location? 200 1993

My wipers on the 93 do all manner of weird things when I turn them on anymore, and the only way I can get them to go off is by turning the car off. I am assuming that this may be a problem with the wiper relay, but I have no idea where it is.

I read that on older 240s, at least, the wiper relay is underneath the driver's side under-dash felt panel, but I didn't see it anywhere under there. Am I not looking hard enough or has it been moved? I know that some relays were moved to the center console later in the 240's run. Was the wiper one of them? I don't really want to take it apart until I know for sure, because it's a massive pain to take that apart and reassemble, but I digress (^$#$^#@ grain of wheat bulbs!) Long story short, where is the wiper relay on this car? It's a 244, so there's no rear wiper. Any help is appreciated.
