Are All Redblock Flywheels the same?

No, not even close to being the same, but they are interchangeable as long as the clutch matches. M47 uses the stepped flywheel. Most M46 use a flat flywheel, except the intercooled turbos used the stepped flywheel that is the same as the M47 one. Then the crank sensor issue, but that is not a factor for you, I guess.
