strut nut tool 200 1992

Good afternoon, folks! Well, I'm in the midst of replacing the strut bearing plates and realize that once I zapped the nut center nut off, I'll need the offset 24mm wrench to reassemble. Any ideas where to get one? I have the assembly apart and will be re-assembling next weekend and starting on the other side. Oh, one more question. The reason I'm taking them apart is the hard steering I experience and the rubber around the bearings are cracked badly. But the one I took off seems to not be binding around the bearing-any other ideas what could cause this? Your help is appreciated~ Greg
