Decent Toronto/Canadian automotive tool source? 200

Hey Toronto Area BBers,

Wondering if anyone knows of a decent & economical source for automotive tools in the Toronto, Ontario area? Can Tire and Parts Source just don't do it, and I'm having issues trying to order from US suppliers. Also, does Snap On have any retail partners in Canada (where I can actually go to a store and buy the tools)? I attempted to order a bolt extractor from their Canadian website but they wanted $75 for shipping which seemed extremely steep for a $25 part!!! Can't seem to find any other Canadian shops or suppliers that sell specialty items such as bolt extractors, etc.. What I'm looking for is one for a hex head 21-22mm. Even tried Princess Auto, but they only had one set which didn't go that large.

Thanks,
cton.
