Moaning noise after steering rack install 200 1986

I spent my weekend under my sedan replacing the power steering rack, tierod ends and ball joints. All went well. I also had the front end realigned. Even after bleeding the system, I have a moaning noise when turning the steering wheel either direction and there is some resistance. Fluid level is fine. The response when doing a lane change maneuver is outstanding with this new rack. Any suggestions?
Thanks to Dan (Pageda) with help with my ball joint install issues.
