1983 DL Fuel Problem 200

Of the two pumps expect the intank first. Have you tested the AMM by unplugging it witht the key off and then trying to see if it will idle or not. Get the tool from IPD to get into the gas tank if you decide to replace the pump yourself. Not a bad job. Getting the pump online at eeuroparts.com is cheaper than anywhere around town. Although mine came out of a box and I can't figure out what brand it is. Kind of worried me there a bit. I got one from Napa 3 years ago and its still going strong. Remember the filter that goes with it too. Smell the hose from your FPR or see if there is fuel leaking from it. Maybe you just are loosing pressure?
