240 kind of falls on it's face off line and doesn't run to full potontial

Is it possible that your cat. converter, or muffler has rusted out and plugged up? Any other obstructions in the exhaust? Is your 02 sensor working properly? Also try adding a good injector cleaner in your next tank of gas. Clean the throttle body out, and make sure you have no vacuum leaks.
