Having some trouble with the speedo cable on my tach install 200

The damn thing won't go on, and I am pretty certain I'm trying to push it back on the right way. Two connectors by the speedo, three wires, angled plastic bit, but it's not going on. This is the only thing holding me back from putting it all back in the dash.
