5.25" Original speaker cover removal procedure 200 1991

Hello guys. I know this is a lame question but I'm sure someone can give me the answer.

How do you remove the front door speaker covers? These are the original 5.25" speakers.

The front speaker covers on my 85 pulled right off but when I try that on my 91, it looks like it is going top break. Do I need to remove the door panel to get them off?
