Doing front struts, what else do I need 700 1991

The FAQ article is not clear about the parts in the upper part of the strut, so I have to ask if I have everything I need on hand. I have:

Strut inserts
Boots/bellows
Bearings

Not directly related to struts:
Ball Joints
Full set of bushings

The strut mounts themselves look fine, and are the Volvo originals, so am planning on keeping them.

It looks like there is a thin plastic sheet between the strut mounts and the chassis of the car, and I can find no mention of this in the FAQ, and no part available anywhere. Am I missing something? And do I need any other parts before I begin, so I don't get stuck halfway through?
