Replacing rear end, question about compatibility 900

I'm currently in the process of looking for a rear axle with a 3.31's or 3.54's but wanted to know what years are compatible with my 93 945T. Like will I have any issues with ABS or the speedometer pickup. Are the rears in the turbo/non-turbo's the same and which has limited slip. From what I understand, the 7 series with manual trans would have come with an those ratios but wanted to be sure of what to look for before I head out to the local pick 'n pull.
