Deer and Volvo

Ever think that our "quieter" cars make it harder for the deer to avoid ... and during the rut season they really have about 2 things on there mind food and a mate , ever see how observant Young men in a bar are when they are finally making the deal with a possible date ? The rest of the wold doesn't matter much like the deer.
Had friend in the insurance industry tell me about calling in a claim to the home office , the gal taking the claim found out that this was a deer hit and immediately asked for who let the deer out. :) Thought a few of you would enjoy that.
I got a face print one evening of a young doe that was crossing the road ...I was concerned that she would be in my grill and she stopped briefly ... continued on a moment latter and slapped her face into the rear window of the wagon ... had a moisture print of her nose and eye on the glass we both went our way , perhaps with a little higher heart rate for a few minutes .
