Small fan in front of radiator not workin, heat sensor not hooked up? 1991 240 200 1991

Small fan in front of radiator not workin, i think maybe the heat sensor not hooked up? on the passenger side of radiator is a place 2 wires could connect but nothing is. the wires that go to the windshield washer pump are hooked up, but there is something there that could have a 2 wire connector attached, is this here it should connect to the heat sensor?
where can i find a replacement?
