door dinger is driving me nuts......... 200

but I cannot find the darn thing....it's not where it's supposed to be [according to Bentley]...

Whenever I am working on the car trying hard to listen for clicks, and buzzes, and humms and other telltale signs of life/trouble/progress all I can hear is the door dinger. I am way over the routine of "get in car, fasten seat belt, close door" every time I want to listen for small stray noises [like in-tank pre-pumps]

So the dinger has to come out...NOW !!!.....Please help me find it

TIA,
JOhn
