IF, and it's a big if, the cylinder bore is still good and polishes up OK you might get away with just fitting new rubbers, You can get these from Girling service kit SP2001 (or the current equivilant number) which is used on early Triunph Spitfires. Worth a try for a few $, as a new MC is expensive.
