REBUILT ENGINE 140-160 1970

You may want to consider trying to find a used longblock (block, head, and all of their guts), clean up and/or refurbish some of your current externals, install all of that to the used but new to you engine, drop it all in, and go. I know that some folks here on the brickboard have B20 engines with 75k to 100k miles on them and that are available for sale. 75 to 100k miles is not much for a well cared for B20. Ask here and on the 120 and 1800 pages of this site.

You don't have to go from very tired to freshly and entirely rebuilt. You can go from very tired to a little more than broken in.
