Back up/ turn signal question 700

My left side turn signal is giving me fits. I have the following conditions and if any of you electrical gurus can get me closer to a fix, I would appreciate it.

Turn signal flashes normally with headlights off.

1) With headlights ON, turn signal is dimmer and running lights and white reverse lights flash on at the "off beat" of the turn signal.

2) Then put the car in reverse and all the tail lights dim on that side (flash the same as 1 above) and the signal goes very slowly. Front lights are fine (just flashes slow)

All my bulbs work and I checked grounds. Right side is fine.

Any clues or ways to check further?

Thanks.
