Need more "support 200

You have multiple expensive options, dealer, IPD, perhaps even FCP Groton, quick and easy. Beyond that, you have the "boneyard" option by transplanting passenger side foam to a driver seat (virtually the same, just hope it isn't rotten.) The next option is an upholstery shop, foam replacement might run $150 to $250 installed. The final option would be to find a later model Volvo seat but you will have to make adapter brackets to fit it... sorry, don't know what seats will fit the 240 from other Volvo models. Perhaps a search of the BB will provide the answer.
