Could I use 195-60-15's or even 205-60-15 on my 89 240 DL sedan, please help!

Greetings:

Do I have the clearance for either tire? I would prefer the 205's could I get away with the 205's? I have a set of 15" steel rims with hub caps, and would like to put some 195-60-15, 195-65-15, or 205-60-15's on as soon as possible. Just about all of my driving is hwy, so touring comfort with some moderate handling perks would be appreciated, not so much Porsche like, but fairly decent. What are my advantages with each of the aforementioned sizes? They are for a 89 240 DL sedan, that currently has 185-70-14's on it, all of which I would retain for winter use (snow cutter). Thanks!
