Failing LPFET in California, please help... 900 1994

My '94 960 has passed emission tests with flying colors (as usual), but fell just shy of the new California mandated low pressure fuel evap test, introduced in Dec. 2007. The gas tank cap is tight, fuel lines/filter checked. What else should I check? Thanks!
