Re12v 'incoming' to RSR... I should have added... 700 1990

... to my last paragraph: "It's letting a trickle of voltage show up at the meter, but it's not enough to power the injectors. Think of how six AAA batteries in connected series would show 12V on a meter, but you could hardly crank the starter with that 12V."

This is a good application for a 12V Test Light. If the circuit is severely "starved" for current as it seems to be here, a Test Light bulb will show it by being noticeably dimmer, even though the meter indicates "all is well" with the +12V reading.

In some cases, the sensitivity of the meter can mis-lead you to a false conclusion.
