Rear Spring and front bushing question 200

I have the saggybutt lower rider wheel tucking problem on my 1989 240dl in the rear. What is the stock ride height supposed to be? Where should I get new springs? I see FCP has scan tech springs. I know scan tech is about a 50/50 hit miss on parts so are their springs any good or should I go somewhere else? Also my front bushing in the doghouse thing is toasted. Are the bushings FCP sells ok? And by taking that bushing out I'm not going to mess up my alignment am I? Thanks for the help guys.
