Is Ester oil compatible with Mineral Oil 200

I am basically doing an dirty recharge or AC system with freeze 12 .The system cools little bit so may be it is short on refrigerant. The sight glass shows lots of froth and bubbles with compressor engaged.

The freeze 12 kit contains 4 OZ can of Ester+freeze 12 in equal proportions. Will it mix with existing mineral oil . I assume that whatever leak if it is there is minimal as system has been like this since last three year i.e.every year its efficiency has been same it cools but little bit.
