I believe IPD sells a proper OD switch... I'm not sure if it's on/off like in a 140, or if it's momentary such as an early 1800... if it's a momentary unit, you'll need a relay. If it's on/off, you can get away without a relay (since yours is a J-type OD)

I don't know what the light would be as proper for a 122, but I always liked the pinkish light as found in a pre-'70 1800. You'd have to drill the dash, but I'd think it would look appropriate.

Personally, were it me.. just get that in there and working with an under-dash aftermarket switch.. you can worry about using correct looking electronics later...

Good that you got the driveshaft.. hopefully its got the right flange for the rear end. If not, you might grab the differential flange from the donor car before it goes away. I don't think you'll need the crossmember.. I think they are the same with or without OD.
